    On deviantart, search Torn Paper and look for one that is black with white edges around it where it was ripped, on mine there were multiple different pieces.
    Then google "newspaper print" and find one.
    Then, you just use the magic wand tool to select the black and make a layer mask of the paper.
    That’s basically all I did, it sounds hard but it’s super simple.

    Do you mean haters or everyone? Many people that like Justin Bieber bring him up cause you know he has many Beliebers out there that are fans of him and like to show how they feel about him or whatever Justin or others are doing. A lot of haters bring him up I don’t even know why honestly.. lol. I actually see more haters on here than great comments. If they hate him I wouldn’t see why they would talk about them. It actually makes Justin Bieber more famous by his name being moved around a lot. I know they want to prove their point by saying that he really irritates them but I mean I don’t like some celebrities and I never talk about them. I always thought haters don’t say anything unless they were talking to that specific person. No matter what they say about Justin Bieber or how much people hate him hes always going to be that strong person. If Justin Bieber gets hated on for pursuing his dream when these haters are just sitting around on a computer making fun of someone they do not know then good for Justin at least he is doing something that he loves. Justin Bieber doesn’t have to make these haters happy for his life to be complete. Justin could care less about haters. He has everything.

    He is just about the most famous person on the planet right now. And he’s not done yet. He’s still going strong. He has about 77 million beliebers, and that is ALOT. And for people who can’t stand him, they are probably trying to spread hate, vent opinions, or be obnoxious. He does have feelings too, you know.
