Mariah Yeater has filed a causa against Justin Bieber claiming he is the ascendant of her baby. The pervasion allegedly would hit occurred when she was 19 and Bieber was 16.

    Ha. I saw that guy on TV. He’s a big baby. If I saw him I would finish him. A little mangina like that should not be allowed to breed. He’ll probably end up with some spoilt little hollywood brat who is used to men letting her have what she wants. If he was a real man he would breed with lots of women and he would provide for them all. He must be ashamed of his offspring because it’s weak just like he is.

    Justin Bieber is Canadian, I think the legal age there is 16 (I may be wrong) but it apparently happened in California, so I don’t know if that changes things or something. If it does turn out to be his child then I don’t know, based on his age I’m not sure if he would actually have to pay since I don’t think his money is actually legally his for at least a little while longer. If it *is* his kid then he should pay cause while it was stat rape, from the details the woman gave it was Bieber that incited everything (and her details actually sound kind of accurate from what other people who’ve been around him and met him have described how he *really* acts), and while this wouldn’t hold up in court, he does seem to go for older women (his GF is 2 yrs older). Also, he’s kind of a brat so maybe this would bring him back to earth. It probably isn’t his child but I think the result will be pretty interesting.

    According to the case San Luis Obispo County v. Nathaniel J., ___ Cal. App. 4th ___, 57 Cal. Rptr. 2d 843 (1996).

    California has also rejected as a defense to child
    support the fact that the father was a victim of statutory rape. Reasoning that the father and mother
    had consensual sex, the court saw no reason to excuse the father from the consequences of his
    actions. Statutory rape cannot be used as a financial shield.

    Even if he did have sex with this WOMAN, I highly doubt he refused to put on a condom, here is a boy who is very clever to have made millions out of nothing, he ain’t stupid… She probably poked holes in the condom, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY!

    If he is the father of that child then yes he should have to pay maintenance for it. All men should pay for their children and it’s not like Justin Bieber doesn’t have enough of it!
    Everyone keeps going on about how it’s statutory rape but it is highly unlikely charges would be brought against her given it was consensual and there is not a huge age gap.
